On the occasion of the 54th AIRP society annual assembly, I’Meetaly occured the gala dinner inside the unusual setting of Salotto Boschi, a location that combines ancient and modern with a skillful restoration.
Hosted by a chamberlain who announced them, the guests had the possibility to visit the location, accompained by two special guides, and to enjoy a gala dinner prepared with recipes chosen from “L’Arte di Mangiar Bene” by Pellegrino Artusi, described and illustrated by the chamberlain himself.
